Gene Engineering Services

Animal Cell Gene Editing

We provide high-efficiency, customizable gene editing services for animal cells, enabling targeted knockout, knock-in, and point mutation modifications in mammalian cell lines. These services are applicable for diverse applications, including cell function studies, disease mechanism research, drug screening, and biopharmaceutical development.

From experimental design and editing component preparation to cell transfection, subsequent clone selection, and validation analysis, we offer a one-stop integrated workflow. Tailored editing strategies are provided based on different cell types, helping you rapidly establish stable edited cell lines and accelerate your research progress.

Service Description
  • Gene Knockout (KO)

Introduces targeted double-strand DNA breaks in cells to generate deletions or frameshift mutations in the target gene, resulting in loss of gene function. Commonly used for studying gene function or validating drug targets.

  • Gene Knock-in (KI)

Precisely inserts exogenous sequences at specific loci via homology-directed repair (HDR), such as reporter genes (e.g., GFP) or regulatory elements, enabling targeted labeling and tracking.

  • Point Mutation

Introduces single or multiple base changes at specific positions to model genetic disease mutations or functional amino acid alterations. Suitable for protein activity studies, mutation effect evaluation, and other precise functional assays.

  • Targeted Editing & Complex Mutation Design

Provides high-efficiency design of editing strategies, guide RNA selection, and vector construction. Supports integration of multiple editing requirements (e.g., dual-site editing) across various cell types.
